The Road to Happiness by Tom Proffitt

Performed at Nonsuch Studios, Nottingham (2023)

A new show about kids’ mental health and the concept of a happily ever after. About finding happiness for ages 7-12, but grown-ups are welcome too!

Arts Council Funding enabled us to deliver a term of workshops at Nonsuch Studios for young teenagers. We explored the play and the many roles that go into making a play, from lighting design to directing, performing, to sound design!

My role was to reach out to young people across Nottingham to join and empower them within the sessions to speak and take up space.
