ASSOCIATE ARTIST

NESTED (2021)

As an Associate Artist working with Egg Box Theatre, I worked with the creative team and performers to devise the piece, shaping the story, character development and movement sequences.

NESTED is a story about two young hatchlings who decide it’s time to fly the nest, with integrated BSL, movement and sensory play throughout. We performed NESTED as part of Lincoln Fun Palace at Waterside Shopping Centre, and Attenborough Arts Centre. We also performed a special accessible performance of NESTED at Lincoln Performing Arts Centre for disabled children and their families.

A group of people, including children and adults, are playfully interacting in a colorful, tent-like room with fabric drapes and leaf decorations. They appear to be engaged in a creative or imaginative activity on the floor.
