EXPERIENCE
I have worked in Theatre across the UK for 8 years.
My practice is community centred, and embeds wellbeing and access at its core.
My lived experience as a Queer, non-binary, neurodivergent and Disabled person impacts and brings meaning to my work. I’m a proud Midlander, born and bred in Nottingham.

I am interested in queer narratives and queering form. I am excited by new writing, dark comedies and work for social change. I was awarded the Sir Alec Guinness Award 2017 for my work as a Theatre Maker, championing theatre for change.
Credits include, Assistant Director of The Real and Imagined History of the Elephant Man at Nottingham playhouse (2023) and Assistant Director of Modest by Milk Presents and Middle Child at National Theatre Studio (2023).
I'm also the Artistic Director of Mind Out Theatre, founding it in 2017. We are now a Community Interest Company and I have developed and directed three shows in this role across London and Edinburgh Fringe.
In July 2025, I directed ‘Love you, bye’ with Uncaged Productions in a run at Theatre Royal Bath.
-
My facilitation practice empowers individuals to advocate for their needs and interests by understanding what adjustments are needed for everyone to thrive.
I am a regular facilitator for Nottingham Playhouse, previous Community Engagement Facilitator at Belgrade Theatre, Coventry and Lead Artist Facilitator for Women & Theatre. I currently co-run Phoenix Theatre Company at Lakeside Arts for 13-19yr old girls, trans and non-binary young people - we are an Associate Young Company of SHEWOLVES Productions and Resident Artists at Lakeside Theatre in Nottingham.
My experiences span work with many community groups, including Refugees & Asylum Seekers, Young Carers, care-experienced young people, Over 50’s, and gender diverse young people.
-
Self-producing my own work since 2017, I have cultivated a hands-on and practical approach to producing and project management, getting projects off the ground - from inception to completion.
I can support teams and individuals with designing programmes and projects, seeking funding, delivering and evaluating the work.
I have assistant produced for Chronic Insanity, produced The Bread & Roses in-house show (2023) and produced The King Stone R&D at Nottingham Playhouse Amplify Festival (2023).
I now support others with bid writing, tour booking, project management, outreach expertise, budgeting and much more.
I am currently the Associate Producer on The King Stone by Charlotte East - touring in 2026. I am leading the outreach programme for the tour.
-
My consultancy services range from dramaturgy, to community engagement strategy, career development discussions, and training.
I have been commissioned by both Royal & Derngate and In Good Company to deliver neurodiversity awareness training.
I am happy to tailor my services to meet your needs and interests. I'm passionate about re-imagining theatre roles to find new ways to work in Theatre that are sustainable, non-hierarchical and fun!
